About Today's New Idea

Today’s New Idea is a ‘not for profit’ technical consultancy and software development company established in 2010.

We were formed with two clear objectives in mind:

1. To work with Scottish 'Not for profit', 'Healthcare' and 'Start up' businesses to innovate their products, services and processes through the application of software technologies.
2. To develop a range of products designed to benefit the health or education of others.

Over the years we have worked on a very broad range of projects including MOD projects, healthcare applications, CRM systems, political canvassing applications, data mining projects and increasingly a range of mobile apps that leverage advanced mathematics and machine learning.

Like many companies the pandemic changed the way we work and we now focus on research and development for our own range of products and our existing clients. Therefore, we no longer offer consultation services to new clients.
